Our returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of your purchase. If it’s been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.

Strict Policy for Disposable Vapes: For disposable vapes, we cannot provide returns or replacements if you contact us more than 14 days after your purchase. Please contact us promptly if you have any issues with your disposable vape.

Sale Items: Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. You may receive a partial refund for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts.

Shipping: You’ll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless instructed otherwise. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over £50, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
